Hello,
We hope this message finds you well! We are reaching out with an important update about Lynn Valley Days 2026, and we want you to hear it from us first.
After a lot of work alongside the District of North Vancouver, our vendors, sponsors, and the broader community, we are disappointed to announce that the Lynn Valley Lions Club has made the difficult decision to postpone Lynn Valley Days to 2027. As many of you may know, the FIFA World Cup is coming to the Lower Mainland this summer, bringing with it an incredible amount of activity, infrastructure demands, and pressure on resources throughout the region. We want to be mindful of the demands already placed on our local services and first responders during what will be an exceptionally busy time for everyone in the community.
Rather than compete with that incredible moment, we felt the right call was to step back, let 2026 belong to the World Cup, and come back in 2027 stronger than ever.
This is very much a see-you-soon, not a goodbye. The Lynn Valley Lions Club remains as committed as ever to serving and celebrating our community, and we look forward to continuing that work in the months ahead in other meaningful ways.
We also want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to the District of North Vancouver, the RCMP, and all of our community sponsors and supporters. Their willingness to work with us, their flexibility, and their continued commitment to Lynn Valley Days mean more to us than words can say. We are truly fortunate to have such dedicated partners in our corner.
Looking ahead to 2027
We are already hard at work on Lynn Valley Days 2027, and we can tell you there are some exciting changes and new additions in the works that we think you are going to love. We cannot wait to share more details as the plans come together.
Thank you so much for your continued involvement over the years. Lynn Valley Days would not be what it is without your support, and we are grateful to be a part of such an amazing community.
The Lynn Valley Lions Club
