Apple Pickin’ for a good cause

Oak Harbor Lions Club (MD19H-7 Oak Harbor, WA)

Our club was asked by a community member if we could come and pick his apples and distribute to those in need.

​We picked about 500 pounds of apples in two days! We then distributed them to a local homeless shelter, food bank and restaurants.

​To stay Covid safe, we wore masks and maintained social distancing.
